We, Elmeco Srl, acknowledge and strongly affirm the universal and inherent importance of human rights, as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in other relevant international and national instruments. We firmly believe that respect for human dignity and the fundamental rights of every individual are essential principles for a responsible and sustainable company.   5. Responsibility in the Supply Chain: We adopt a due diligence approach to identify, prevent, and mitigate human rights risks within our supply chain. We commit to working with our suppliers to promote ethical standards and respect for human rights. <\/li>
  6. Relations with Local Communities: We engage with the communities in which we operate in a responsible and respectful manner, listening to their needs and striving to contribute positively to their social and economic development, in full respect of their rights and culture.<\/li>
  7. Grievance and Reporting Mechanisms: Anyone who becomes aware of a potential violation of this \u201cHuman Rights Charter\u201d is encouraged and required to report it. Reports can be made to:

    \u2022 Directly via the \u201cReports to Management\u201d box located at the entrance.
    Elmeco guarantees that no retaliation will be tolerated against anyone who reports in good faith a suspected violation. Reports will be investigated, and where appropriate, corrective actions will be implemented. <\/li>
