Barman training project
From classic cocktails to the discovery of the new “readytomix” mixing technique, i.e. the preparation of frozen cocktails using Elmeco machines. Investing in the new generations, starting from the local area: this is happening in Scampia, where Elmeco – the Campania-based company leader in the production of slush machines and machines for dispensing iced drinks – is promoting a course for barmen for 15 deserving students from the Istituto Alberghiero Vittorio Veneto, located in the district. The aim of the training project is to train, as in a gym, a group of students, starting from the fourth year of school, in the preparation of cocktails, thanks to the skills of a professional bartender, Francesco Conte. “The school has the task of transferring skills and competences, it must do this to the best of its ability by using partnerships with valuable companies from Campania, as in the case of Elmeco,” emphasises Headmistress Olimpia Pasolini.
