Quality and Environmental Policy – ELMECO S.r.l.
ELMECO S.r.l. is fully aware that proper management of business processes is essential for the success of the company, customer satisfaction and the achievement of environmental improvement objectives in the territorial context in which it operates. The company is committed to managing its activities not only in compliance with Certified Quality, but also according to the principles of sustainable development, so that technological progress occurs in harmony with environmental protection.

For this reason, ELMECO promotes the active involvement of all personnel in a continuous, structured and participatory process of management system improvement. This includes:

• Refresher and training programs,
• informational seminars,
• Initiatives to spread the culture of Quality and Environmental Sustainability.

This philosophy, which has always characterized our company, is fully in line with the principles expressed in the UNI EN ISO 9000 standards, with a focus on processes, customer centricity, continuous training and effective organization. With this in mind, ELMECO has been UNI EN ISO 9001 certified since November 1996.

ELMECO S.r.l. is committed to a policy oriented toward continuous improvement of its performance in the areas of quality and environment, with the goal of reducing, where technically and economically possible, the environmental impacts resulting from its activities.

Business objectives

The objectives that ELMECO S.r.l. intends to ensure are:

• Implement and maintain an Integrated Quality-Environment Management System that complies with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance by complying with applicable laws and any signed codes of practice.
• Take organizational, operational and technological measures to prevent water, air and soil pollution.
• Reduce consumption of energy, water and raw materials, minimizing waste generation and promoting waste recovery wherever possible.
• Ensure that the Quality and Environment policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization, supporting it with regular training activities.
• Plan, implement and monitor specific improvement objectives, defined periodically by management, through the Management Review and related records.
