Our story
"Before 1961, my father had a small business in San Liborio, Pignasecca, in the heart of Naples. Among his customers, he had the Passalacqua company, and it was from them that came the request to develop a granita machine. At that time, granita was made with blocks of ice, the famous grated ice was made. My father did not drop that request and developed right inside his workshop, in a very artisanal way the first slush machines that were destined just for three Passalacqua cafes. It was the first slush machine in the world. We can say that The slush maker was born in Naples and has its origins in Naples."
